ENSEMBLE TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

By reserving a seat, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns about this agreement, please contact us prior to booking.

PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Once we have received your reservation retainer, your spot is secured. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. If the full payment is not completed prior to the editorial start date, your enrolment may be forfeited. Final payment is due by March 1, 2026, unless otherwise arranged through a payment plan with the editorial hosts.

EDITORIAL EXPECTATIONS

Please ensure punctual arrival. If you miss all or a portion of the editorial due to tardiness, no refund will be issued. Attendees must maintain respectful behavior; inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the event without refund. The hosts reserve the right to adjust the structure of the editorial to suit the group and the overall creative flow. All attendees will be notified promptly of any such changes.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by Attendee:
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another qualified participant for the same editorial.

Venue Change:
If the venue must change due to circumstances outside our control, written notice will be provided. If the new venue remains within Toronto and maintains a comparable aesthetic and experience, no refunds will be issued. If the change meaningfully alters the experience or occurs outside Toronto, a refund may be requested up to 30 days prior to the editorial date. Requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation by Hosts:
The hosts reserve the right to cancel the editorial due to insufficient participation, severe illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. In such cases, a full refund will be offered.

USE OF IMAGES

Attendees may use images created during the editorial for personal portfolios, website galleries, blogs, social media, website banners, sales pages, or client guides, provided full credit is given to all participating vendors (a list will be provided prior to the editorial).

Publication and Submission:
Images must not be submitted to blogs or magazines in conflict with official publication partners until the hosts confirm the timeline. Vendors release images first, attendees second, and hosts last. A six-week embargo applies before posting publicly.

Editing Guidelines:
Images may be edited in your personal style, but edits must preserve the integrity of florals, wardrobe, venue, and design elements. AI-generated additions, major alterations, or distortions of the event aesthetic are prohibited.

Host Usage:
Hosts may use submitted attendee images for promotional purposes unless written notice of opt-out is provided before the editorial.

LIABILITY

The hosts are not responsible for injury, accidents, or damage to personal property during the editorial. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and equipment. By attending, participants release the hosts, contractors, and staff from any liability for injury, illness, death, or loss of property.

PRIVACY

By attending, you grant permission for behind-the-scenes photos and videos to be used by the hosts for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and offline marketing. If you do not wish your images to be used, notify the hosts in writing prior to the start date.

TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION

Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, meals (outside provided snacks), and transportation. The hosts are not liable for travel disruptions or additional expenses.

WEATHER AND CONTINGENCIES

The editorial may be adjusted indoors or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. Such adjustments do not qualify for refunds or credits.

MODEL AND VENDOR WITHDRAWAL

If a model or vendor must withdraw, the hosts may provide substitutes. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

FORCE MAJEURE

The hosts are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond their control, including natural disasters, severe weather, venue closures, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. Credits or rescheduled dates may be offered in lieu of refunds.

AGREEMENT

By securing your spot at Ensemble, you and all individuals booking on your behalf agree to these terms and conditions in full.
