Mat Pilates Class – Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for and participating in Mat Pilates classes ("Classes") provided by The Return. & Hold ("Instructor"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all participants and are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and effective experience for everyone.
2. Participation & Health Disclaimer
All participants must be at least 18 years of age or have written consent from a parent or guardian. By attending any class, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of taking part in the session. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness program.
The Return. & Hold and its instructors are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose, treat, or advise on any health condition. Participation is at your own risk.
3. Liability Waiver
By participating in a class, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury or harm and release The Return. & Hold, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during or as a result of a session.
4. Payment & Refunds

All classes must be paid for in advance unless otherwise arranged.

Payments are non-refundable except in the case of class cancellation by the Instructor.

If you are unable to attend a booked class, you must notify The Return. & Hold at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a credit or reschedule (subject to availability).

No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable.
5. Class Etiquette & Expectations
To maintain a safe and positive environment, participants agree to:

Arrive on time and be ready to begin.

Wear appropriate workout attire and bring water and a towel.

Silence mobile devices during class.

Follow the instructor’s guidance and respect other participants’ space.

Notify the instructor before class if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or have any special considerations.
6. Class Cancellations & Rescheduling
The Return. & Hold reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low attendance, instructor illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Efforts will be made to provide timely notice and offer an alternative session or refund.
7. Media Release (Optional)
Photos or short video clips may occasionally be taken for marketing or social media purposes. By participating in classes, you grant The Return. & Hold permission to use your image, unless you opt out in writing prior to the class.
8. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward others and the Instructor. The Return. & Hold maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. Anyone in violation may be removed from the class without refund.
9. Health & Safety Protocols (if applicable)
You agree to follow all health and safety protocols as communicated by The Return. & Hold, which may include sanitizing hands, staying home when unwell, or following any government-mandated health guidelines.
10. Confidentiality in Group Sharing
Some classes may include a sharing or reflective portion where participants are invited to speak or express thoughts, feelings, or experiences. The Return. & Hold values the creation of a safe and supportive space.
All participants agree to respect the confidentiality of what is shared during these moments. This means:

Do not repeat, record, or share anything discussed by others outside the class.

Be mindful and respectful in your listening.

Participation in sharing is always optional.
Breaking confidentiality or trust may result in being removed from future classes at the discretion of the Instructor.
11. Updates to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in classes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
