We had the pleasure of travelling to Ontario to photograph Monika and Adam's wedding at the beautifully historic Ancaster Mill.
Our day started by capturing both the bride and her bridesmaids and the groom with his groomsmen getting ready as they both had suites at The Barracks Inn; a venue which tied into their weddings aesthetic very well with its architectural charm. Following the pre-ceremony events, we travelled the short distance to the ceremony site at Ancaster Mill where we were greeted by their talented planner Kassia Tjia Events and met with a stunning setting of florals created by Forever Wildfield. A violinist played while guests were seated by the groomsmen. Ancaster Mill has no shortage of beautiful locations for portraits, so we moved throughout the grounds with and without their bridal party before heading in to their stunning wedding reception. View a highlight film from their talented videographer, Encore Film Productions, here.

"She always had that about her, that look of otherness, of eyes that see things much too far, and of thoughts that wander off the edge of the world."
- Joanne Harris
I had the absolute honour and pleasure of once again being asked to photograph the newest bridal collection for Noon on the Moon at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Banff, Alberta. This stunning new bridal collection, released in 2021, are what dreams are made of. Their new collection of bridal finery is made complete with ethereal European-made veils, majestic hair adornments , regal crowns, delicate earrings, and so much more.
When the team behind Noon on the Moon approached me for this new campaign, they had asked for a moody-romantic editorial feel to the imagery and put full trust in my professional opinion and artistic vision as they were unable to attend in person. To set the tone, I played moody classical music throughout the shoot and allowed the regal ambience of the room and the inspiring bridal pieces to speak for themselves. View behind-the-scenes of the shoot here.
